I have been with WSB for over 11 years. What attracted me to using them was the personal approach of their staff - I was not a number, their acute attention to detail and knowledge of the business of letting, their clear determination to stay ahead of the game in terms of compliance at a time of a deluge of legislation both UK - and EU coupled with the impression they gave of really wanting to provide a quality service. All these characteristics have been very important to me because the nature of my work could take me away for long periods and I needed to be sure I could leave matters to them in my absence overseas.
I most definitely have not been disappointed and they have lived up to all these expectations. Given that letting can at times provide some problems they have more than proved able to handle some quite tricky situations being highly tactful but yet robust when needed. In summary they have done me very well and as such I would have no hesitation in commending them to other potential clients.
